30 NIGHT ‘SLEEP EASY’ GUARANTEE
We understand the importance of a good night’s sleep and we stand behind our product – which is why we offer a full 30 night guarantee. So you can rest assured that if you’re not completely satisfied with the fit, feel and comfort of your pyjamas within 30 nights of purchase, you can return them hassle-free, even if you’ve already slept in them!
We will be happy to give you a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges or gift cards. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Terms and Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, the pyjamas must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns under this guarantee.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- This is intended for fair use and abuse of this policy may result in disqualification from future guarantees or returns.
- Drift Sleepwear reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with the item you have received, you may exchange the item within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in the same condition you received it with tags intact and in its original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL
Returning an item to us is easy and can be completed in a few simple steps:
- Find your order number, you can locate this in the confirmation email that was sent to you.
- Send us an email to support@driftsleepwear.com stating which item you would like to return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
- We will reply promptly and send you a return authorisation and the United Kingdom postal address by email.
- Return the unwanted item by post*. Please make sure the items are wrapped securely.
*Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We will cover the cost for sending out any exchanges.
