OUR RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. At Drift Sleepwear we endeavour to ensure that you are happy with your order. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you have received, you may exchange or refund the item to us within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in the same condition you received it with tags intact and in its original packaging.

We will be happy to give you a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges or gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL

Returning an item to us is easy and can be completed in a few simple steps:

  1. Find your order number, you can locate this in the confirmation email that was sent to you.
  2. Send us an email to support@driftsleepwear.com stating which item you would like to return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  3. We will reply promptly and send you a return authorisation and the United Kingdom postal address by email.
  4. Return the unwanted item by post*. Please make sure the items are wrapped securely.
*Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We will cover the cost for sending out any exchanges.
